I ordered a women's black full-length coat. It was, to say the least, very low quality, and I have tried to return it for a refund.

The returns system that Shein has is confusing, inefficient, and unsatisfactory. Please contact me ASAP so I can return it for a full refund.

The post stated that these are legitimate Shein products in bulk because it's an unsold box from last year, available for only 3.49 NZ dollars. If purchased, the box will be delivered to your address.

I have screenshots for proof, but it cost me 3.59 NZ dollars, nearly 4 dollars, and they wanted to charge an additional 100.1 NZ dollars. I have those screenshots as well.

I had placed an order for an iPhone 14 Pro Max case. I have just received my package, and they put the wrong size for my phone.

I double-checked that I ordered the right size, and indeed I did. I am very disappointed and would like you to send another one that is for an iPhone 14 Pro Max.

I paid for all my products, 3 of the goods the company was out of stock, so now they are taking forever to refund my amount. There is no physical customer service to know what's actually happening.

If u don't have stock of the goods then why still keep them advertised, remove the item before an order is placed. U take the money of customer and leave them hanging.
