I purchased from shein Courier nz was to deliver. Despite a notice to leave at back door they left at front door which would have been stolen had i not (through sickness) been home.
I do not feel confident to purchase again from shein if they continue with courier post. I have made a complaint

We ate not very happy with the shein order because it is not good. The pink top has *** in it and is very small and the blue top is fit for the rubbish tin.
The shower curtain won't last 5 minutes. We would like a refund please but we cannot send this back to Australia because of the cost.
This is not very good for you business. The sizing is also out of wack.

Hi I ordered stuff last week no way to contact you and my whole computer crashed with my email not being able to be recovered as Google gmail and that account with Google pay crashed too. It happens a lot the girls running that are organized criminals abusive stalkers and extremely evil.

well if you shop with them make sure you read all the description even speak to customer services before you purchase as many of the goods aren't available once you've purchased and the emails start saying the item isn't available that's when the stress tarts
It was still being advertised as, you guessed it, available!! I have been communicating with them through Resolva, and it has proven to be impossible. This scenario has happened to me ten times this year. I complained through Resolva, and they offered me 100 points as compensation for my issue!!
100 points is 1 dollar, and I have closed my account.
I've said I can't use your points as I've closed my account due to your appalling customer service!! I have another 20 emails of them abusing me sitting on Resolva.
